**PRICING IS FOR *ONE* 96 GALLON TOTER WORTH OF TRASH. There will be an extra charge for any extra trash on top of the 96gal limit either by the bag or additional full toter.

**Any permanent additional trash toters will be an extra charge. (see signup for pricing)

**Pickup Requests must be in by 12pm the day before pickup day or there will be a “late day request charge” of $15.00*

Pickups will be performed on their scheduled days between the hours of 5am-8pm. (due to changing workload, traffic, weather ect. We cannot set specific times for pickups)

**WINTER STORM DELAYS ARE POSSIBLE.**Due to our high alpine environment, pickup days may be adjusted due to road conditions and safety. If a snow storm is going to change your pickup day, we will be in communication to let you know.

Access to Trash must be clear of obstruction (snow, cars, bikes, toys ect.) If pickup is not possible due to blocked access or an unplowed driveway, you will be picked the following week on your normal pickup day. (pictures provided of the obstruction if necessary.)

Summit VIP bills monthly or Quarterly (you can let us know what billing you would prefer). We email your invoices to your email address with a very convenient “click to pay” link right on that emailed invoice. We prefer to have all customers setup with our “AUTOPAY” option for everyone’s convenience. This helps eliminate the risk of trash service being suspended and late fees. Please call to setup.

*Concrete, tile, drywall, solid metal, iron, liquid paints, gasoline, chemicals and construction debris type materials ARE NOT ALLOWED in household trash as they could damage our compactor and hydraulics. These type of items will be left behind.

All trash must be bagged

DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS, please be sure all hygiene/sanitary/household trash is bagged for our safety. (ex: diapers, tissues, napkins, feminine products, kitty litter, wrappers, food scraps, ect..) Bagged trash prevents maggots, mold and bad smells inside your trash can and also prevents the wind from blowing loose trash around. If toters have an excessive amount of “unbagged trash” there is a $5.00 “unbagged” fee (pictures provided if necessary).

Terms & Conditions: By submitting this form to become a customer of Summit VIP trash services, I give permission to Summit VIP to remove trash from my property. I also commit to paying the bill within 15 days of receiving it. If payment is past due, there will be a “late fee” added & service will be stopped until payment is received. It is understood that trash removal involves possible entry of my garage if given the garage code to do so. I agree to release and discharge any and all liability claims resulting in any property damage incurred at said address during the period this written permission is in effect. This permission shall remain in effect until such time that I choose to revoke it by notifying Summit VIP in writing or verbally. After which it is agreed that no further access will be allowed at my property. Summit VIP reserves the right to cancel service for any reason at any time.
